Terms of Service

These terms cover how Bond Cleaning Newcastle provides bond and end of lease cleaning. By booking a clean you agree to the terms below. They sit alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not excluded.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the property details you give us and confirmed as a fixed price before work starts. A booking is confirmed once we agree a date and access arrangements.

The bond-back guarantee

If your agent or property manager flags a cleaning issue arising from our work within the agreed window, we will return and re-clean the flagged items at no extra charge. The guarantee covers cleaning only, not pre-existing damage, maintenance issues or fair wear and tear.

Access and condition

You agree to provide safe access to the property and to remove all belongings and rubbish before we arrive, unless agreed otherwise. Heavily soiled properties may need an adjusted quote, which we will confirm with you first.

Cancellations

Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to another customer.
